Spirit Week

Writer's picture: Rachel GriffithRachel Griffith

Seneca Nation,

Thank you for your flexibility and patience as we begin this academic year, every day is a blessing.  Our continued commitment is to provide our students and community as much normalcy as possible.  With excitement we conducted our National Honor Society induction ceremony on Thursday morning, August 27th, we are eager to recognize and celebrate our senior athletes and band members on Saturday, August 29th at the football game (5:00 pm), and now pleased to inform you that we will be holding Homecoming activities next week, August 31-September 6.  We will not be hosting a bon

fire or dance, however, we will do our best to provide many other activities that we are accustomed too.  To be very honest, there will be moving parts throughout the next week, however, we are providing a tentative agenda:

  • Sunday

    • Select groups of Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior students will decorate the school hallways

  • Monday – Friday

    • Spirit/dress days

    • Academy and High School Students  (Elementary students may participate Monday-Wednesday ONLY)

      • Monday – Pajama day

      • Tuesday – Twin Tuesday

      • Wednesday – Wacky Wednesday

      • Thursday – Dress nicely for Church (Academy and HS ONLY)

      • Friday – Throwback blue and white (Academy and HS ONLY)

  • Tuesday

    • Pep rally (Weather permitting)

  • Wednesday

    • Senior Girls assembly held in High School Gym @1:55 pm

      • Up to 4 guests per girl are invited and proper protocol will need to be followed upon entering the building

  • Friday

    • High School students participate in Adoration

    • Throwback Blue and White day

  • Saturday

    • Home football game, time-TBD

    • Crowning King and Queen at the football game

We thank each of you for your support.  Please understand all items continue to be very fluid and subject to change.
