Dear parents,
I would like to invite your academy students in grades 6, 7 & 8 to their orientation on Wednesday, August 12th, 2020. Please have your student enter the side door off the main parking lot. A staff member will be there to help them with the process of entering the building. Please remind your son or daughter to wear a mask. They will have their temperature taken and will proceed to the gym. Grades and times as follow:
6th grade 8:00-9:00 am
7th grade 9:30-10:30 am
8th grade 11:00-noon
I would also like to invite (1) one parent of each academy student to a parent meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 6:00 pm. I will go over items that were covered at orientation and will also have a Q & A as well.
Thank you for your faith and support in starting the school year. Faculty and staff as well and alumni and friends of Calvert Catholic School have been working extremely hard to kick off the school year. It will take all of us to keep it going and it starts by doing the little things, i.e. wearing masks, social distancing, washing hands, etc. Again, thank you for your support, and hope to see you on August 12th.
